Acceptable Use Policy
Effective October 25, 2026
Glyphrest is meant to be a cozy, fair adventure. This policy is part of our Terms of Use and applies to everyone who plays or uses the Service, including any online features we add in the future.
Respect the game
- Don’t copy, re-host, mirror, redistribute or sell the game or its assets (see the Legal page).
- Don’t extract or scrape the game’s art, icons, models, sounds, code or data, including for training AI models.
- Don’t attack, overload, scan, probe or try to break into the website or any part of the Service.
- Don’t use the Service to break any law.
Play fair
Glyphrest has shared hiscores and other players in the world, so progress has to be earned fairly. Don’t:
- use cheats, modified game files, scripts, bots, macros or the browser’s developer tools to change how the game plays or what it reports;
- exploit bugs or glitches to gain an advantage over other players. Please report them instead (see below);
- create extra accounts to boost yourself or others, or share, sell, buy or trade accounts, heroes or items for money;
- try to get into anyone else’s account, or use another player’s recovery code.
Hero names and anything you write
Usernames, hero names and messages must not:
- be hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, obscene or discriminatory, or promote illegal activity;
- impersonate another person, including Hellzthunder, staff or moderators;
- contain personal information, advertising, links or other spam.
Found a bug or a security problem?
Please tell us privately at 2ndthunder@gmail.com with enough detail to reproduce it. Don’t exploit it, share it publicly before it’s fixed, or access anyone else’s data. Good-faith reports are always welcome.
What happens if this policy is broken
We may change a name, remove a hero from the hiscores, reset progress, or suspend or close an account, depending on how serious the problem is. See the Terms of Use.
